Austin Miller
Austin Miller is a founder, executive coach, and human behavior researcher, and the author of The Villain in Someone Else's Story, coming Fall 2026. After a season of his own life turned him into the villain of a story he did not recognize, he spent years inside the psychology and neuroscience research asking how two honest people can leave the same moment with different truths.
He writes and speaks about perception, conflict, and what becomes possible when we finally see the part we could not see before. He is a father of four, his faith shapes how he sees people, and he approaches all of it as a coach, not a guru.
Introduce him however feels natural for your show. Author and executive coach both work.

What Austin can talk about.
Four threads that run through the book. Pull on any of them and the conversation opens up.
The Lens
Why the brain builds a story before it builds a picture, and why nobody experiences the same moment the same way.
The Story
How a version of events hardens into the version, and what it loses each time it travels through another person.
The Spread
How stories move through families, workplaces, and institutions, and why the correction never travels as far as the accusation.
The Comeback
What it looks like to re-enter a community with your integrity intact, without needing to prove anyone wrong.
Questions you're welcome to steal.
Use them as written, reorder them, or throw them out entirely. Austin is comfortable off script.
